I moved into my apartment at Rivers Edge Apartments on November 1, 2011. Since then I learned I was lied to about the amenities and the property. The property grounds are beautiful, BUT the buildings and the apartments are horrible. The hallways are kept dirty. The apartments are very dated. THIS IS NOT LUXURY!!! This is public housing with a facelift. HEED MY WARNING: You will be lied to and once you sign the lease, you will be paying LUXURY rent for what I consider the projects. The management is self-serving and rude. I heard that the management has changed staff many times. Lots of families that have lived here for years are moving out.
