Richard complained about every part of the work he did on my bathroom. He has since not returned my calls over the past 2 months to ask him to finish the work. Today he texted me saying that despite his contract and verbal promises that he has no intention of finishing. This is going to have to go to small claims court. Don't hire this guy.
