Terrible. I paid Bernard Duguay $14,000 for 3 zone air conditioning and heating. After the job, one of the basement vents fell down and it was discovered that he used the wrong couplings (round to square) which did not fit at all. Also he did not put a support under the flexible duct which contributed to the whole duct falling down. When I called him up to say that the heat was just blowing into the basement, he stated that he was going on vacation and would take care of it when he did spring cleaning which meant more money to him. Give me a break! Don't use him. I still have to see where else he used other shortcuts and they are difficult to see in the attic and elsewhere.
