From the first call to C.R. Contracting I was treated with respect and professionalism. I was surprised at how quickly they were willing to come out to give me an estimate. Once the owner, Paul, arrived I was greeted by the same respectful voice that I had originally spoken to. It was nice to be able to call a company and get the same person rather than speaking to several different people. Paul was very thorough, very easy to speak to and seemed as if he cared what I wanted as the customer. When C.R. Contracting started my basement remodel they were nothing short of making sure that I got everything I asked for. Everything was very up front and very forward. The owner was at my house along with his workers making sure the job got done and in the timeline we had discussed. My basement was finished and done to perfection! I would highly recommend this company! I had a great experience with Paul and his crew! Very professional. I will call Paul again in the future as we remodel the rest of the house!
