5.0 star rating 8/27/2014 I went to Rimage for a haircut yesterday for the first time and I have to strongly disagree with the negative reviews listed here. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience. First off, Rimage is located on Chapel about a block before Tandoor in an older building that looks like a house - they told me it was built sometime in the 50s. I didn't think it was going to be impressive based off of the exterior, but the renovations inside are beautiful. Everything is new and clean, but still homey which put me immediately at ease. The space is expansive, too; the entire first floor is just dedicated to hair whereas the second floor is for their spa services. I didn't look at the second floor but what I saw on the first was beautiful and comfortable. The receptionist is sweet and hospitable - she offered me water, wine, coffee, etc and chatted with me while I waited a minute or two for my stylist. When my stylist came, Jaime, he was equally gracious. They definitely have politeness and professionalism covered here.
