horrible rude staff
I heard a ton of bad things about this place but because of the location I thought I will give it a try. I called them to make a reservation. The person who picked up was so rude insulting and unhelpful, it was hard to believe. Its like...Worldwide > United States > New Haven, CT > Hotels
