very sad experience with this store
I always feel happy with LV shopping experience. But I felt so sad with this store, I just asked for an exchange with my purchase. In other stores, they found the product was new and offered help immediately. With this store, I just called them and asked. The lady there didn't want to hear my explanation and just repeated the policy impatiently. I would suggest shopping the store located inside SAKs in Wilshire Blvd. or Beverly Center.
