Poor workmanship and unprofessional communication
Can I give no stars? Marie accepted my 1.75 TW carat diamond for repair in 2/2011. The setting needed a replacement/new head. The work took 5 weeks to complete as the ring was sent back to "her guy" a second time for poor workmanship....Worldwide > United States > Waterbury, CT > Jewelry
