Questionable Customer Service
I purchased a futon twin bunkbed unit on January 7, 2010. The metal frame broke within 2 weeks after I bought it. I have called the store 3 times and was told that they would replace the broken piece. It is now almost 4 months later...Worldwide > United States > York, PA > Furniture
