You simply cannot go to Port Isabel or South Padre Island without going to Manuel's. It is a local favorite with the best 'contodos' anywhere! Huge fresh tortillas filled with wonderfully good food. Worth the Wait!
Breakfast... breakfast... breakfast! Manuel's has been a requirement for the last 6 years. Coming from a clean-air city, you will actually find the occassional smoker, but hey... no pipes or cigars: people are trying to eat here. The magic takes time, so be prepared to wait a little longer than you want or think you should, but you'll be calling 911 to cart you out... grin firmly cemented inplace.
