Dr. Sylvia Christian has been working with women for more than 20 years, in academics, career counseling, mental health and coaching. Having written her doctoral thesis on the struggles of women re-entering the workplace, she is superb at providing career guidance.

Sylvia has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, with emphasis in Career Counseling, as well as a master's degree in mental health counseling. She is both a nationally certified counselor and a nationally certified coach. Her coaching credentials are from the prestigious Life Purpose Institute, a pioneer in the life coaching field, which now trains coaches worldwide.

She has helped thousands of women "change course" for the better -- achieve change careers, master their problems, and find fulfillment because they were following their own path. Sylvia has worked with women who felt forgotten and lost after raising a family, who'd been out of the job market for years, or who wanted to establish a new identity. She has had her own coaching business, Woman2Woman Career and Life Coaching for the last eight years.

As a Navy wife, she moved a lot and knows first-hand what a struggle it is to move a family to a new place and make the transition go smoothly. She has helped many women learn how to successfully balance work, parenting and a career. Her greatest fulfillment in her work is seeing women reach their full potential.
