Has gone WAY downhill!!
Larchmont apartments used to be a GREAT deal for students going to ODU. Now it is a slum!! They are infested with bugs (roaches, house centipedes, etc) and the rent has been raised as often as possible each year. I moved in 5 years ago...Worldwide > United States > Norfolk, VA > Real Estate Services
