Absolutely the worst experience!.
My last experience was the worst ever. After my color was messed up. My stylist was too busy with her next client. I was then turned over to an apprentice. Lack of customer service, customer respect and total lack of talent

I read these reviews and was excited to find a good spa. Well these are obvisely old because for one I called because I got lost and the girl that answered the phone didnt even know where they were at.
