In 1990, Kathy Norris began "Cakes by Kathy" in her home kitchen in South Carolina. A few years later, the name was changed to Kathy and Company at her daughter's suggestion. Today, Kathy and Company is known throughout the upstate Carolina for wedding and specialty cakes that are not only beautiful but taste amazing. Kathy offers a wide selection of flavors, fillings and buttercreams for that elegant or rustic wedding and grooms cake.All fondant cakes are made with pure white chocolate fondant which tastes better than anything on the market and will not become hard and chewy after it is applied to the cake. We have fruit and vegetable display, cheese display, light Hors D'oeuvres, heavy Hors D'oeuvres, carving station and pasta, beverages, Kathy’s Coffee Bar featuring chocolate shavings, whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, chocolate-dipped spoons, and our appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts.
