Not Happy!

BEWARE!!!!!\r
I just purchased a sectional couch...I was told it clamped together....when delivered it did not. I am not a person to complain but, VanHill put a bad taste in my mouth. They told me I had to purchase something within 80%...

Unprofessional and unethical

Highly unprofessional. We were serviced by a newbee who quoted wrong policy that if the furniture does not fit then you have 3 days no question asked. As it turns out their charges on doing the change for the furniture that did not fit...
