Best Pizza in the West!
Simply put, this is the best pizza in the west! Hand tossed New York style thin crust pizza, I think they hand make all their dough too.

Absolutely fabulous!
The Hot Tomato Cafe is the perfect combination of great pizza, perfect beer (New Belgium), great service, and casual atmosphere. They have a pesto pizza that I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when I am lucky enough to be in Fruita.

Great Pizza, Great beer (New Belgium beers, always a good choice), even better atmosphere! The charm of a small mountain town meets the pizza of a New York pizzeria.
