Terrible, horrible, wrong treatment, torture, pain, migraining, and a site manager, Denise, who was rude, lying and tried to blame the experience on me! I filled out the paperwork, which was thrown in a file in the file cabinet. After a ten minute consultation, in which I explained multiple times that I required a very light touch due to a tumor, as well as my desire for head, neck and shoulders only... I was treated to a torturous deep tissue massage on my back, lower torso and arms, and some sort of rubbing which amounted to pulling my hair out. I asked the ther-rapist to lighten up, THREE TIMES, and she neither listened nor stopped. I never did recieve a neck, head or shoulder rub. After complaining to the manager, Denise, I was told that it was my fault because all this therapist could do was deep tissue and wasnt able to do a light massage. I was also told that I should have got off the table??? Then Denise attempted to blame my husband who booked the appointment, claiming that he booked me a deep tissue. (yeah, my husband, who has to take care of me when I am migraining and loves to see me in pain!) At no point did this woman blame the therapist; who should not have proceeded if she was incable of lightening her touch! I was in extreme pain, I am still bruised, and migrained for two days. In the end, all I was offered was a free massage with one of her other ther-rapists. This women simple did not care nor understand that I did not want a free massage with a group I cannot trust. She also did not seem to understand that her therapist could have seriously damaged me, and instead of me asking for a profuse apology and my money politely returned, that they could be facing litigation!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Do not go here!!!! Unprofessional, lying, money grabbers with unskilled staff. The icing on the torture cake? Desk boy furiously trying to get me to leave a 30% tip whilst climbing the desk to hit on my 19 year old daughter!
