The people that work at Craigs are wonderful! They are very easy to work with and very helpful. They have a great selection also at very affordable prices.

unsatisfied car buyer
craigs is alright I have a buddy who has purchased a vehicle from there and has had no problems with it. Also his brother in law has got a truck from there and his sister in law. The only thing you need to look out for when going there is an older man named mr. craig. I went to craigs because my buddy told me about the place and I took my car with me and wanted to trade it in this guy tells me that all he would give me was 500 dollars i think to myself is this guy nutts or what so needless to say I still have my car which i know i could sell myself and get atleast 2000 dollars outta it. The worst part is not the 500 dollars for my car it was his general personality he was not helpful at all he didnt even act like he wanted to sell a car. didnt know anything about the cars and feeds me bull about the brakes on one of the cars i test drove talkin bout they rust and it makes them not work so well nooo i know cars, a brake pad will grip regardless only thing rust may do is seize them up. a

There were very few "customer-friendly" employees working at this location. Although I purchased a vehicle from there, I am very disappointed in the demeanor of some of the employees including Craig himself.... I just wish that the reputation of their customer service was as good as the reputation of the dealer itself....
