One of the worst appraisals every received back! They used year old comp that was a foreclosure! Also were not accurate in the subject house.... i am not even sure they went to it!! Reduced my value for no deck and no finished basement when I have a large deck and have $35,000 into a entertaining area and wet bar in my 2100sf finished basement!! Now they will not fix their mistakes and my property is STUCK with a low FHA appraisal for 6 months!! Beware!!
