I believe that Rob (the owner) is knowledgeable but he doesn't over-see what his help is doing.

Rude, cheap owner has no interest in customer satisfaction.
They rebuilt my transmission at a cost of $1500, which seems ok now. First off, the owner (Rob) doesn't return calls when you have questions. They have a big sign that says they specialize in transmissions, but the (ONLY) guy that...Worldwide > United States > Bay City, MI > Auto Repair
