BAD-Refused to return poor product
I bought a pair of Hispanitas shoes for $200.00. I was only able to wear the shoes 4-5 times before the hell lost its plastic covering (on the bottom) and the patent-leather toe cracked. When I returned to the store I was informed they could not help me unless I produced the original cash receipt. When I could not locate the receipt they refused to help. I was told by the clerk and the general manager (I insisted the clerk call her supervisor) that a bank receipt was not sufficient and that they would not review their ATM transactions to assist me in PROVING I bought the shoes from them.
