• We strive to use only the highest quality, freshest, organic or natural ingredients.
• All our beef products are natural and hormone free along with our dairy products.
• We use organic coffee and espresso that is fair trade.
• Our tuna is dolphin and turtle safe and was voted the “Best Choice for Sustainability” by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch.
• Our fresh fish from Hawaii is sustainably caught via line or spear.
• We also use organic flour, sea salt, and mostly organic vegetables and none of our products contain MSG.
