Crowded
A good basic gym and fitness center but crowded workout areas (women's area, at least), poor air quality, and scary carpeting. On the plus side, friendly atmosphere for the most part. Also the pool area is very nice.

Overcrowded, outdated, poor customer service
Overcrowded to the point that it's actually a stressful ordeal to workout. Who wants that? Not me. In most if not all classes, it's so crowded, you can't even get a full range of motion so your workout is basically 1/2 of what it could...
