Cold lasagna Soup

2 lasagna dinners 1 hour later its cold in the middle. Sent it back got soupy overcooked noodles and looked pureed.
Waiter didn't say a thing. $43 bucks and not as good as Safeway frozen. Its an Italian place, how could this happen.
