Horrible foil job gone TERRIBLY wrong

I ended up in the ER after receiving the WORST foil job have EVER had in my life!! I have been receiving color on my head as long as I can remember but I have never had it applied DIRECTLY to my scalp. The bleach caused such a searing burning pain I slept with an ice pack on my head and went to the ER for pain relief. I went to the salon in the morning only to be told I could call their 1-800 number to get a "refund". I BEGGED for someone to call the manager and help me as I was still in pain. I was told "there's nothing we can do". Oh really? So when you cause damages to someone physically you wash your hands of the whole thing?! No offer to provide soothing aloe treatment or anything? I was only offered a refund after my husband called and threatened legal action. He was told I was "nasty" by a very unprofessional stylist named Tammy, and he was thoroughly disgusted and obviously let them know that his wife was not nasty (he was on the phone with me while I begging the staff to do something to help me)-- I was in PAIN!!!
Terribly unprofessional establishment--I was told by one stylist there that it is NORMAL to apply the bleaching product DIRECTLY TO THE SCALP! No stylist in his/her right mind would ever recommend this. I am good friends with a shop owner and she advised me that what was done to my head was appalling and showed a lack of competence.
if you want great service I recommend you run away fast. They even make you sign a waiver (which they remove from you before you even have a chance to read it)--I asked what it was for and was told "oh nothing it's not important just give it to me and we'll start" That should have been a bad omen to RUN! I've NEVER been asked to sign a waiver so that should tell you something right there--look online for complaints against SmartStyle (Smart Style) and you will see hundreds of other victims of this company nationwide. I asked for the best stylist for color treatments--I guess this was their attempt at a very cruel joke. I received the WORST!!!
Any rebuttal will be from a stylist who works there so beware. I have pictures to prove my damages as well as an ER slip. I will NEVER set foot in any Regis establishment again. Almost 48 hours later my head still BURNS.
