Clint, the owner was patient with my late payments. But, unfortunately, my furniture was ruined with water damage from the storage unit. Clint would not assist with financial reimbursement, take responsibility for a unit that has water leakage, or to try to make the situation right. Clint explained that they do not have insurance to cover that type of situation. I realize I need contents insurance for theft, etc. But, if the damage to the contents is because of a leaking storage unit (and not my fault) the owner should take responsibility. And, he refused.
