Observation Hill Children's Center offers programs designed to give your child the opportunity to learn & develop in an environment that fosters growth & discovery. Serving Duluth, Minnesota and surrounding communities since 1993, we provide our customers with non-traditional hours for your convenience, full & part time programs, and certified, caring & experienced teachers.

We offer:

Nursery-(6 weeks to 17 months) has a capacity for 12 infants

Toddler program- (18 through 30 months) has a capacity for 21 children

Pre-school program- (30 months through 5 years) has a capacity for 37 children

School age (latchkey) program- operates year ‘round and shares the enrollment capacity with the pre-school


Our state licensed facility overlooks beautiful Lake Superior & includes large, fenced-in & supervised play yards.
