Worst Post Office in Tucson

This Post Office is staffed by totally incompetent people and that is no surprise when you talk to the manager.
I had an E-Bay package going to Australia, when I saw on the print-out that they had entered Saudi Arabia. Went back to the counter and requested that they show the correct destination on my print out as that would be my proof of mailing. It took at least 20 minutes of arguing with the clerk, and then the manager until (just to get rid of me) they said they would fix it. They kept insisting that the postage price to Australia and Saudi Arabia was the same. HAH !!! I got $1.80 back. I know the postage prices better than they do and I don't work there. No apologies for wasting my time and their mistakes, not a smile not a goodbye. As far as they were concerned I was the one at fault. These people not only know nothing of customer service (nor do they care) nor do they do their jobs professionally.
