The place was horrible. I lived there for almost two years and I had an AC unit that never worked properly, my downstairs faucet leaked, and I found mold in my kitchen. They never fixed the leak, I had to clean the mold myself, and the landlord had the nerve to make me pay him to fix the AC that he owned! And whats worse is the neighbors. If it wasnt drugs it was noise. the place wasnt worth what i paid for. And a no gun policy?! the place was crime infested and i couldnt protect my family? Thank god i moved out at the end of my lease theyre filthy slumlords. id feel safer swimming with sharks than ever stepping foot out there again. STAY AWAY!

Sure, they're cheap, but the people handling the apartment complex are crooks. We lived there in a 2 bedroom townhouse. It was a huge dump. They charged us for having 2 cats an extra $100 a month on top of a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. They already had charged a $355 security deposit. When we moved out, our damage total COINCIDENTALLY came to $355! They charged for ANYTHING they could! Spot painting, nail holes, floor cleaning.... And what's worse is that we actually had put in work to make sure it was clean when we left and had even worked on the place ourselves while we lived there. They're slumlords. When our ceiling leaked after taking a shower on a Friday, they refused to send anyone out to fix it until Monday and it STILL didn't get fixed properly. The cabinets had mold in them, with huge holes that went through to the next apartment, the paint job was never redone (which is why I'm so angry they would have the nerve to charge us for "spot painting"). Our front door was even still damaged from when the police had broken down the door to arrest an old tenant. (Really tells ya about the neighborhood...) They're CROOKS! It's a great place to live if you like throwing your money away and worrying about your stuff being stolen.
