Tough Ribs
The St. Louis ribs were big and meaty, but they were nowhere near "fall off the bone". They were kind of tough. My wife liked her beef brisket.

Over-rated and over-priced
Before Cactus Bob's was sold, this place had good and very well priced food, now it's horrible. We ordered a full order of cheese balls for $7.00 and we got 14 cheese balls. For this price we could have bought 2 packages of frozen boxed...
