I find it interesting that the only positive review of Hess Jewelers is from it's owners. Granted, Mr. Higgins did not purchase insurance for this brand new custom ring..but his buying insurance has nothing to do with poor workmanship. ...Worldwide > United States > Springboro, OH > Jewelry
