You Pay $134 for a Lack of Class Variety

I've been going to this location since its first opening day. Initially, it was great; bright, clean, large, super friendly staff, ample parking and the variety of class offerings fit my changing schedule. I actually lost 20lbs attending most of the cardio and pilates classes. I LOVED it --past tense.

Now, with a new fitness manager, finding a good or even decent offering of cardio classes is like the slim pickings off a chicken cracus. They seemed to have fired or forced-out most of the great and previous instructors with, again, very slim pickings left.

The new fitness manager PRETENDS to care about member feedback but you only get BS excuses like, can't find any instructors for this or for that. For example, there was a very loyal group of Zumba followers (Carrie was AWESOME) and despite telling the manager repeatedly how happy we were with the class and how we wanted more of them, he instead CANCELED the only Zumba class they offered.
