I apologise to the quad citys but ross s resturant is disgusting an filthy. I cant believe that place hasnt been shut down . the staff are unkept or 70 and the food is so gross . Seems like who ever is running the place has lost there...Worldwide > United States > Bettendorf, IA > Restaurants
