Our company was founded in the early 1900s, and we have a long history of providing a valuable service to our thousands of clients and customers. As a REALTOR since 1989, I have represented clients that have closed more than 500 transactions that total more than $100,000,000.

With my experience, I am able to efficiently assist my customers and clients. I have attained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)designation of the National Association of REALTORS. Less than 4% of REALTORS worldwide have achieved this status. CRS is the symbol of excellence in residential real estate. CRS members have proven they have the experience, training, and commitment to be among the best in their profession. I graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC in 1986 and began my real estate career in 1989. I have spent my entire career at Bollin Ligon Walker REALTORS and became a partner in the company in 1996. In addition to serving my clients, I have served the local, state, and national associations of REALTORS in various leadership roles. I am particualrly concerned about REALTOR education and believe it is the essential ingredient for an agent to best represent his clients. I am married to the former Elizabeth Hopkins of Columbia, and we have three children, Ginny (12), Andrew (10), and Margaret (7).
