I really liked the place. The lady was very informative and seemed concerned w/my needs. She had me walk to judge my gait and made a wonderful recommendation for me. Both my husband and I enjoyed their business and will likely return.

Not Impressed
Strictly Running is one of the few running stores in Columbia since the closing of The Extra Mile. The customer service I experienced at Strictly Running was mediocre. When I asked for a recommendation on a running shoe, they just brought me out pair after pair without even asking me what I was looking for. I felt they were pushing certain brands without trying to find out if it was the right shoe for me. Their shoe prices seem consistent with other running stores I have visited.
