Soggy
After being referred to this place from an acquaintance, I was anxious to check it out. As I entered the business, I was excited to see the cook's working the brick oven. I ordered a salad and a pizza. The salad was great, however, their signature item-the pizza- was a disappointment. I ordered a small pizza with garlic, basil, and tomatoes. There was no garlic to be found and only slivers of basil. It was burnt on the top and the dough was not done. The worst part about the pizza is that it was soggy. I come from the pizza expert town of Chicago, so my expectations are high. When I asked my waitress for napkins, she handed me tiny little drink napkins, which barely survived my meal. I will go back again and give it another try, but I definitely think this place can do better.

I love it!
I have been eating at Brix/Bistro for 2 years now. I have had steak, greek wraps, salad, pizza(all types, even shrimp & feta), it was awesome, it always is. I introduced my mother to Brix, she was very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Keep up the good job. Thank you.

Best soups hands down
