HORRIBLE experience!
I attended a wedding at westchester village and I have to say the owner was very rude and unprepared. He yelled at the entertainment b/c he wasnt ready for the wedding party to do the toasts b/c the drinks were not passed out in a timely...Worldwide > United States > Fairmont, WV > City Government
