If you care anything about your money, your sanity or your safety, you will not hire this company. They guaranteed me a nice back deck around an above ground pool. I paid them $6400!!! Less than a year later it starts falling down. I called to complain,but they don't even remember me, my home or building my deck. I asked a City Inspector to come look at it (since they never acquired a building permit) and there is not a bolt, screw or concrete footer to be found. I called to ask for a partial refund, since I now have to have a new deck built. I was yelled at by a belligerent bully who called me foolish and stupid, and she refused to let me even finish a sentence. She wouldn't to listen to what I had to say and hung up on me--twice. I have since filed a complaint with my local BBB. The only reason this company received a one star rating from me is because this site would not let me publish this review with no rating at all.
