A member who knows one too many employees

Where to begin...the Barn has the potential to be an outstanding establishment. However, it falls short in so many ways. From an employees perspective, Management is wishy-washy. Pay scales are based on favoritism. The employees who bring in the most money get pay cuts while employees who bark the loudest and perform the poorest get the raises.

As a member of the East Barn, you have to put up with senseless and malicious gossip from not only members but other the employees (I've really only been present during one girl's stint in the locker rooms and that's some girl named Kimmie) criticize and slander other workers and members. Apparently, if you're not a part of their click, you're no one.
