The first time I walked into Jewels by Joseph, I was greeted with one of the friendliest retail staffs I've ever encountered (which is a hard thing to come by especially in a jewelry store). I spent a few minutes browsing, and when I told the ladies I was just in to have a look, they didn't act upset or dissapointed like I was a waste of their time. They kept on treating me me like I was a valued customer. Because of that, I've returned for an appraisal and some repairs and always get the best service. I even brought in a friend to have something custom-made for her and it turned out amazing!! This will definetely be the place I buy my future engagement ring :)

The most beautiful collection of gems in the OC- or anywhere
I had the most wonderful afternoon browsing at eye-popping gems & jewels at Joseph's! The pieces are truly breathtaking. Their staff was friendly and knowledgable (not pushy at all). While I was looking they checked my ring and cleaned it (boy did it shine and sparkle afterwards!). I will most definatly be back! I'm dreaming of a big new diamond ring, or watch, emerald earrings, or pearls........(a girl can dream)! I also liked that they had unique silver, artisan and estate jewelery.
