Had a terrible experience dealing with Save Supply.Product not install on time that was agreed upon. They had to come out and finish the surface on the counter top after I insisted that it did not match other sections. (Said they couldn't understand how it left their shop without getting a final finish). The product they sold me was not what I ordered. Because I did not keep the sample of counter top that I used to pick out my color, I had no recourse in my argument that this was not what I ordered. We also purchased a super back splash, it was what we order but of course it did not match the counter top. The salesman, David Coles, would not try to work was with us in the correcting this problem, his statement to me was you bought it, it is yours. We would have traded and paid to get this corrected. With tears in my eyes even now, I wonder why he did not warn us that these two colors would not match.

Beautiful Job!!!!
I have dealt with Save Supply Company for almost 12 yrs. They designed my beautiful cherry wood kitchen and gorgeous corian top. Since this company has been in business since 1929, it amazes me that a customer, Linda J, would have such an experience. I am sure there is more to this story, but I felt the need to give Save Supply props for a job VERY WELL done. I couldn't be happier.
