Do NOT give your computer to this man before backing up ALL of your documents you want to keep. He was performing a clean up and updating security on my computer. When I received it back ALL of my Word and Excel documents when gone. He wiped them all off of my computer WITHOUT making a back up. I lost 4 yrs worth of important documents including taxes, wills, resumes, budgets, contacts etc. Just a warning!
