DO NOT CALL HENRY SMALLS HEAT &AIR, HE WILL NOT COMPLETE THE WORK OR FINISH THE JOB, THEY DID NOT PUT A DRAIN LINE ON MY AIR CONDITIONER ALL THE WATER WAS GOING IN THE DRIP PAN IN MY ATTIC, THEY DID NOT PUT THE FUSE IN MY AC BOX, NO RETURN FOR AIR, NO EMERGENCY SHUT OFF FOR MY GAS HEATING UNIT. MY HOME WAS LEFT IN A DANGEROUS STATE. HENRY SMALLS IS A CON ARTIST.

That's not the Henry Smalls that I know. Henry has shown up three times within a half-hour when I have called him in emergency situations (9-10:30pm) No Heat, No Air, No Problem, he showed up and fixed it. He also fixed a clogged drainpan that was overflowing water and dripping onto my dining room table. He's a solid guy, not sure what happened but he has always done a great job for me. - Park Circle Home Owner

Worst company ever. Won't return phone calls or text and are no shows on the days they tell you they will be at your property. They improperly installed duct work and promised to fix it but never did. Completely unprofessional and can't be trusted to follow through or do a good job.
