I would have giving them a -5 if it was an option. Took my Mercedes to this place after it was rear ended, everything started off fine until I went to pick up my vehicle so lets begin... I have a CLK350 and to start they mounted my 3 backwards (CLKE50) Next there were smear marks and dirt all over the rear of the vehicle that was just painted. Next their were additional scratches on my car that were not there prior to me giving it to them ( I hand wash and wax my car myself has never seen a car wash and never will) Scratches on the roof, small damaged area on the front bumper. Upon closer inspection of the paint I notice bumps in the paint looked as if dirt was painted over (Gotta love these guys presentation...) Called and complained about it and got a call from the owner the next day informed him of the issues and he told me to bring it back. long story short.. took it back got a detail job but had the same issues, dealer also discovered water leaks from piss poor work. STAY AWAY!!!!!
