Treated with disrespect
Mitigation of our water damage was done quickly but the process of drying the carpet and pad caused chunks of the pad to blow everywhere in the basement. Based on past experience it should've been removed and thrown away instead of dried. (We'll have the carpet layers remove it and replace it but there's still the mess.)
