Empowering women of all ages to live healthy and be well.

Sisters opened in 2005 as a fitness facility designed for women who wanted to improve their health and well being. Unlike a franchise, our club has the flexibility to change and grow in a direction guided by our members.

We offer circuit training, cardio equipment, weight training and a variety of classes to meet the needs of women while on their wellness journeys. Not only is Sisters a place to work out, but also to relax while burning calories in the infrared sauna or the infrared body wrap.

If a fitness class is what you need, our certified instructors are here to guide you in cycling, TRX, Zumba, Body Barre and more, with over 20 classes per week! Certified personal trainers are also available for that one-on-one attention you need to reach specific goals.

The real reason for our success is the supportive environment created by our loyal members, and our friendly and helpful staff. You can count on a cheerful "Good morning" when you enter the club, and know that you will feel comfortable and welcome while you are here.
