total rip off!! crappy customer service. cant go above independently owned stores. spent over 4000.00 on furniture and get yelled and cussed at over the phone by the managers. DO NOT buy your furniture from these stores. Waterloo iowa is the store i have been dealing with for over a year. they still have not made it right.
