I ordered a custom iPhone 4 case from their website, and while they had a great selection and multitude of colors and patterns, I was absolutely appalled with their organization and customer service. A month after ordering my product, I was curious to where it was so I emailed the customer service. No response. After finding the tracking number on my own, I tracked down the package to the complete wrong city. After contacting them again, no response. I watched helplessly as my package returned to their company. I emailed them again and got a response saying they would re-ship it to me, at the cost of $25 (for a phone case!). After two weeks of waiting for it again, still no phone case. After calling and emailing them again and again, no response. Their terrible customer service was very disheartening and frustrating. Bottom line, don't order from Lipstick Shades because there are many other places who do the same exact thing, for cheaper and with better customer service and promptness.
