Welcome! My name is Randy Rains. I have been designing, custom making and refurbishing hats since 1981. Law Dog Hat Company, established in 1994, specializes in hats from the casual wearer, to the bold and adventurous, and the real cowboy and cowgirl, guiding each of my clients to wear their own personal statement of themselves.
