Hillman Real Estate was purchased by Aimee Smith in 2015 and has been growing each year. We are located in Montmorency County in the Northeastern lower penninsula of Michigan between Alpena and Gaylord. Hillman is home to many lakes and rivers for boating, swimming and fishing fun. Almost 50% of our county consists of State Land for snowmobile, ATV, horseback riding, hunting, mushrooming and other outdoor activities. I have been in the Real Estate industry for many years. I started in the field working as a mortgage broker. After 12 years, I moved on to become a licensed Appraiser and Real Estate agent.
